text: (24) When Lem-ang roams at night as a tiger, and somebody kills the tiger, Lem-ang would die too. Once near Longkhai several tigers, and among them Lem-ang, killed a mithan. The tiger which had first hit the tiger [mithan] eat first (as it is the custom) he was fired at and killed. The other tigers escaped.
