text: When a dead man's head is finally disposed, after being kept for some months in the house, the old man of the morung, who cuts off the buffalo's tail at the morung gennas, kills a pig or a cow. Then all the dead man's clansmen assemble and wail for a time in the house; they then go in a procession to the burial ground of the clan and put the head into a stone box or a pot. It is covered with a cloth and a stone slab. The old man says (as well in the house as later at the burial place): [konyak].
