All Yan-lem people are put into wooden coffins and placed on a platform. The coffins of the Ang people have 5 resp. 4 hornbill heads, the other clans three and two. The Yanhai people are put into a sort of coffin made of bamboo (as Thepong and Aukheang). The heads of the Ang people are finally put into the stone cists, those of the five other clans into earthen pots. (8) Four times a year the heads are taken out of the cists and pots and fed with madhu and bhat: at Oulingbu Lingha Ponglongpong Ouniebu |
