text: Disputes are settled by a council assembling in the Wang-him morung and consisting of the Ang, the adult men of the Ang clan and the Wang-hu-him and the five Ngang-bas, two from the Nan-dzong-ban and three from the Dzing-shon-ban. They all eat (100) the fines imposed.
