text: (56) When a woman has little or no milk she asks other women (of any clan) to suckle the child and pays them for the milk with "chaul", one "sheangkep" (a small chunga) every day. When a child is about six months the mother begins to feed it with a little rice mixed with water, but before that a small piece of fish is put into his mouth, "only for the name".
