We rested and then there was some delay because a porter had taken a wrong turning. While waiting and hoping for the rain to stop, a messenger arrived panting from Laisong. He brought a note from Mr. Bhuyau, Planning Officer, saying he had come to fetch me with a jeep, and had just missed me. |
