text: To Dimapur by train. I find that a peon is badly needed for the Mauzadar of Dimapur. He has all sorts of processes sent him to serve and many petty cases sent to him for disposal and a peon is really needed. The population is small but it is scattered and the Mauzadar has at present to spend a great deal of time in personally hunting people with processes. The collection is a small one so that the post is far from well remunerated considering the work which he does.
