text: To Khonoma and back with the Chief Commissioner. I am inclined to think that the Khonoma outpost might be withdrawn now, but I am much opposed to a Civil Police outpost, and think it would be much better to have none than Civil Police.
text: Mezoma came in about a return to their sites. They are told by the Chief Commissioner that it might be considered in seven years time from now.
