text: To the Ughwa river below Phegwima. I started out to walk but collapsed after about a mile downhill. The Semas had to carry me to Vishyepu and thence to the top of the ridge and partly down the other side to where I had to settle a land dispute between Vishyepu and Phegwima which I dealt with and then walked downhill to camp.
