text: To Kilomi. The road bad in places. Obviously it is a long time since the Muharrir was over it. Kohazu of Cheswalimi came in and complained of having to do miles 49 and 50 as miles 51 and 52 which he used to do are nearer to his village. He said they had been changed recently, and I fancy it may be because it is so hard to fix responsibility for the bad state of the road at Kilomi itself if that mile is not given to Kilomi. If Kohazu does it, he will blame the Kilomi mithan.
