text: There is an outbreak of smallpox (It turned out to be measles) reported from Dhansiripar and I sent the Sub Assistant Surgeon from Dimapur there with all the lymph he had, but it wasn't much. Dhansiripar are still crying for a school. It could have been opened long ago, but when Government gave me leave to open a certain number of schools annually, the Director of Public Instruction made this right of none effect by pronouncing the mystic word "Economy".
