text: Just beyond the 18th mile there is a culvert of which one wall has begun to go. If not repaired now it will all come down and have to be rebuilt.
text: I gave out some medals here. Isanu son of Moumm and Sonirie son of Notazu claim medals. The latter is marked in the roll as dead or deserted or issued already (it is not clear) and the former does not appear at all as far as I can find, under his own name, but it is vouched for by Thevoni that they both went and that Isanu, at any rate, did not desert. Possibly medals will turn up somewhere else as I have not yet found a worse piece of work on the part of my office than the sorting and distribution of the medals done while I was on leave; and that is a hard saying.
