text: Halted to meet the Subdivisional Officer Mokokchung who came down via Pangti to discuss sundry matters. I could not persuade him to come on with me as he had originally intended. He was not feeling at all well. Apparently he had a go of pneumonia on the Banfera-Mutan Borduria trip and had not yet recovered.
