text: The suspension bridge needs tarring thoroughly and carefully. It should have been done in the cold weather, but it is still not too late and if not tarred this year it will rot in the rains. It is already starting to grow fungus and rust. Miles 86 and 87 to go to Mechangbung in place of 88 and 89 to Insung. Mechangbung will then have to begin paving their miles where the buffalo spoil them, at least a furlong a year.
