| text: | I see from an old paper in the A.S.B. that Mikir, and some others, jews harps are said to be played two at a time the pair giving double notes, and that the Assamese use iron jews harps of their own manufacture. I will ask Mills if he can get specimens, but I rather doubt the double jews harps yarn though I know the Aos get them in pairs. |
