text: I examined Coggin Brown's very interesting collection of stone and bronze implements from Yunnan, which includes some striking types, especially in bronze. A case of specimens was packed for me at the Museum, including some duplicate specimens from the Museum collection, to be sent by sea from Calcutta to Oxford. Van Manen came in to tea & gave me some Tibetan coins.
