text: To Haflong by train. At Badarpur ghat I met Mr. Robertson, the Fields Agent of the Burmah Oil Company and arranged to go out and see him at the earliest opportunity and settle any outstanding questions there may be. At the junction I ran into Father Reygasse, an old friend, and discussed with him the question of a school at Haflong. The Prefect Apostolic is coming in about a fortnight, and I hope to see him when I return to Haflong at the end of my tour. Haflong was looking very pleasant, but the usual March wind was blowing in the day and the air was thick as it always is in the hills at this time of year.
