text: To Sakhai - the road is to be realigned in places as it is the only cross road from new and old Sema roads and made safe for a pony. Counted Zaikia met the Commissioner at Sakhai.

text: To the Tizu and found I could not see the other side of the disputed hill without crossing the frontier so returned, a marvellous cane suspension bridge across the Tizu - a number of fish traps but no fish caught at this season.

text: Down to the Tizu and across to Wokhovi side and saw the disputed land. Sakhai wins the case. Sakhai (25) followed me all armed with spears. Slept on the bank of the Tizu.
