An individual has the right to claim rent from each household cultivating on his holding of land, the rent being paid in (104) rice at the end of the harvest. He does not possess a prior right to cultivate it himself and if he wishes to clear fields for cultivation on it he must mark them out before others arrive to mark theirs.
