text: The Stones set up by the Nagas are by men when living, to commemorate a feast given on the occasion, when a number of men are called to it & it may last 10-12 days, then proceed and carry in the stone in one day from some spot where it has been selected. Sometimes the feast is given by several men & each sets his stone up.
