text: Has the honour to request that he will expedite the transmission to Wokha of a box of "pemican" sent up by the Commissary General to your care. It left Gowhatey on about the 19th January. Also that he will forward all daks to Wokha up to the 29th of this month. The guard at Bhandari will receive orders to furnish a guard to escort the dak walas to Wokha from Bhandari. The daks might be all collected and sent up at once leaving Golaghat so as to reach Wokha about the 1st Prox. (To send up Classi to Wokha.) R.G.W.
