text: On the evening of the 19th the Brigadier General sent Major Evans and Lieutenant MacGregor to Kohima, with a convoy of provisions. They returned on the following day with a reinforcement of sixty five men of all ranks, and, accompanied by Colonel Johnstone, Chief Political Officer, and Captain Williamson, Assistant Political. The party was fired at when crossing the Zubzu, but no casualties occured.
text: Next day (20th November) the guns arrived at Sachima under escort of a detachment 44th Sylhet Light Infantry. On this day also Deputy Surgeon General DeRenzy joined Head Quarters.
text: The 21st was spent in making final preparations for the attack on Konoma.
