text: 29. These tribes are still independent and no attempt has been made to interfere in any way in their internal affairs during the year with the exception of giving advice and trying to get them to make up their inter-tribal quarrels when touring amongst them.
text: During the year under report two tours were made amongst the trans-Dikhu tribes. Mr. Davis made a tour in April 1892 and in December 1982 Captain Woods was on tour amongst these tribes for some twenty-two days.
text: The trans-Dikhu tribes made be divided into three groups:- (a) The Naked tribe; (b) Yajim, Mongdi and Yampi group and the Mazung tribe; (c) The Sangtam tribe.
text: (a) The Naked Tribe. With this tribe our relations have been very friendly during the year. No reports of head-taking have been received.
