With the exception of a riot between Zogazumi and Satazumi, nothing of any note occurred amongst the Eastern Angamis of the political control area during the year. The cause of this riot was a dispute as to the possession of a deer which Satazumi had hunted on to the Zogazumi land where it was killed by some men of Zogazumi. The Zogazumi men were to blame and were fined Rs.300.
