text: 3. The three subdivisions, Sadr, Ukhrul and Tamenglong remained the same as in the previous year. Two cases of murder were committed in Sadr. On the whole the conduct of the hill tribes was satisfactory. In the Tamenglong subdivision there was no recrudescence of the Kacha Naga trouble.
