and he requested the appointment of 40s before enlarged from the prioress of Henningham of the farm of the portion of the tithe there for the term of michaelmas this year because the said prioress with others gathered together with her in the autumn time there took and carried away by force the tithe sheaves and refused and doth yet refuse to pay the foresaid 40s to the said accountant and so they remain still in the hands of the said prioress unpaid and therefore he might sue against the said prioress etc and of 6li6s8d of Rich Baynard for the farm of the parsonage of Messinge because the said Rich hath paid to the lord prior 3li of the sum aforesaid at divers times and the residue the said Rich hath paid for the reparation as well of the vicarage as the parsonage there this year as appears in divers parcels by the said Rich before the said accountant showed and of 6s8d paid to Walt Lesse farmer at Edwardston for his vesture this year and he requireth to have allowed unto him 3s4d paid for reparation done there to wit for felling of timber 8d and for sawing the same 13d and in meat and drink for the labourers above the same 8d and for the reparation of a certain gate there 6d and in reparation of one bridge broken down there 8d
