upkeep of the dwelling house of the chaplain of White Colne etc and of timber carted from Earls Colne as far as the said dwelling house viz one cartload 6d and for the services given of men concerned with carting of the said timber 1d and a payment to Jn Telleke and Rich his son carpenters for repairing the said dwelling house taking by an agreement made with them gross 5s6d and to Thos Skynnere tiler for the pinning and tiling there of the said house by an agreement made with him gross etc 7s and a payment to a certain man for digging clay for the same 6d and a payment to Steph Smyth for his cart for carting the said clay for one day 2s and a payment to a certain man for daubing there taking gross by an agreement etc 2s8d and a payment for one thousand one hundred tiles bought for the same 5s and for the carting of the said tiles from Colne as far as the said dwelling house 6d and for one tun of burnt lime bought for the same 3s4d and for the carriage of the same from Bothdom as far as the said dwelling house for one day 2s and a payment for a thousand tiles carted from the house where Jn Normell now lives as far as the said dwelling house 4d and to Jn Swene# for a thousand lathe nails bought for the same 12d and a payment to the same for two hundred and forty durnaylls for the same 14d and for one pair of hinges for the same 14d and for sixty window nails for the same 2d
