fees of officials with expenses incurred and in the fee of Barth Churche bailiff there to be carried out by himself or by an adequate deputy at 4li per annum by the lord now Earl of Oxford during his lifetime granted by these his letters patent dated 1.7.37Hen8 namely in allowances to the same said for one whole year occurring within the time of this account 4li and in the fee of the said Barth Churche custodian of the same said lord's wood in Colne called Chalkney Wood at 20s per annum to be granted to him on account of the execution of his office namely in an allowance to the same for one whole year occurring within the time of this account 20s and in an annuity to Jn Estey at 40s per annum by these letters patent from the lord the now Earl of Oxford granted during his lifetime namely in an allowance to the same for one complete year occurring within the time of this account 40s and in expenses of the steward holding the aforesaid courts this year namely at Colne Priory 2s8d Barwykhall 4s and Balingdon 3s as shown by the same said roll upon this account shown and examined 9s8d
