decreases and allowances of rents and farms | and in decreases of rents of assize in Edwardston levied above under the heading rents of assize at 18d per annum namely in the allowance of the same this year as in the preceding 18d and in the allowance of half the rent of divers lands in Gaynes Colne parcel of the manor there 2s1d1h because the said rent is in the hands of the lord king by reason of the lord's attainture of Wm Hayward this year as in the preceding 12d3f and in an allowance of the rent of divers rents lately pertaining to the College of Sudbury this year because it is in the hands of the lord king by reason of a surrender of the same occurring within the time of this account 6s8d and in the decrease of one dwelling house in Colne in the tenure of Jn Bonde this year as in the preceding 8d and in the allowance of the common fine in Balyngdon this year because it was levied twice as in the preceding 3s and in the decrease of one tenement in Colne lately at 12s per annum and in the grants of Thos Bredge by court roll by the lord's warrant except for 6s per annum and thus unlevied this year 6s and in an allowance of the rent of lands called Harveys Lond in Matteshall levied above at 2s per annum namely in an allowance of the same both for this year and for the last preceding year a further 2s afterwards at the foot of this account pending upon Robt Parker and thus in the decrease upon the oath of the accountant 2s |
