increase of rents (sic) and of 7s7d as an increase of the rent of divers lands in Castle Hedingham called     in the tenure of Jn Coo Robt Bryan and Wm Wentworthe in right of his wife for divers lands in Steeple Bumsted called Bendyche Land Jn Rede for divers lands in Stamborne per annum as shown in the said rental and of 41s10d both as an increase of rent for divers lands in Stamborne called Takeley and of rents of     Chambleyne and divers lands in Pedmarche as assessed by the said accountant and of 7s4d as an increase of rent of divers lands in Goffeld called Pyncham Wode (sic) in the tenure of     per annum as assessed by the said accountant and of 66s8d as an increase of the farm and tenement called Chettelfrode (sic) in Stamborne as assessed by the said accountant and of 20d as an increase of the farm of one chapel called St James Chapel with 1a of meadow more or less whereof it lies in the parish of Hedingham let to Robt Wylotte by indenture for the term of eighty four years to be returned thereof annually 20d at the feast of michaelmas and as assessed by the said accountant
