fees of officials with necessary expenses and in the fee of Barth Churche bailiff there executed by himself or by his adequate deputy at 4li per annum by the lord the now Earl of Oxford granted during his lifetime by his letters patent dated 1.7.37Hen8 namely in an allowance to the same for one whole year occurring within the time of this account and in the fee of the said Barth Churche as keeper of a certain wood of the lord in Colne called Chalkeney Woode at 20s per annum granted to him for the execution of the matters of his office namely in an allowance to the same for one whole year occurring within the time of this account as in the preceding 20s and in an annuity to Jn Estey late bailiff there at 40s per annum to him by official letters patent of the said Earl granted during his lifetime namely in an allowance annually for one whole year within the said time of this account as in the preceding 40s and in expenses of the steward holding the aforesaid courts this year namely at Colne Priory 10s Barwick Hall 4s and Inglestorpe (included with Barwick Hall) and Ballyngdon 3s as shown by the same said roll upon this account shown and examined 17s
