and pain the bailiff to seize into the lord's hands half of one croft of land called Tredgoldyscroft alias Glasyers and half of a parcel of land lying to the west of a croft of land called Brokhole sometime in the tenure of Walt Wyngfeld deceased and that Ann Ashefeld widow did not come to this court to claim the said land and to answer to the lord for the profits
