and from which in default of the rent of Rich de Chaltenhey for having a way above the pasture of the lord called Rosshemed as far as the mill of the same Rich called Chaltenhey Mill because the same said Rich having stopped using the way entirely it was seized into the hands of the lord as in a roll of court there held on the tuesday in pentecost week 23.5.37Edw3 two capons and in default of the rent of Jn Debenham for having a way above the pasture of the lord called Rosshmed as far as the meadow called Pakesmede because it was in the hands of the prior and convent of Colne and it was no longer used as a way per annum four capon and in default of the chevage of Walt Stephene because he is dead as testified in a roll of court as in the preceding account one capon in sales as within five capon
