upkeep of buildings a payment to Jn Tilfyk and Wm his son carpenters hired for nine days to repair the long house called Longeschepen as in payment for frames# for the doors and windows there where necessary 7s6d for each of them per day 5d at task item a payment to Jn Cobbe for digging clay for the said house for two days 8d in the carting of the said clay for one day one tumbrel 16d item in the daubing of the same and in the hiring of labour for the same for eight days 2s8d taken per day 4d at task item a payment for packing at the said house as in the stipend of one labourer for the same who for the four days took 16d per day 4d item in four cart loads of thatching straw bought from Wm Fraunceys for thatching the same house 4s per cartload 12d item in the carriage of the same
