issues of the manor and of 10s as the farm of the manor site with dovecote called The Halgarden as let to Jn Ryddenall this year then at a rent paid of 13s4d per annum and of 7s as the farm of three crofts next to the ponds called Bromecrofte as let by the aforesaid accountant this year to Jn Mugge and of 12d as the farm of one piece of garden next to the churchyard late let to Jn Tredgold glazier now let to Wm Browne this year then at a rent paid of 16s per annum and of 2d as the farm of one building next to the gateway of the manor for one stable to be made thereon as let to Jn Prior this year and a piece of wood within the park there set aside for the basten ropes to be made thereof this year nothing returned because no growth of the said kind was growing this year because no sale of the same kind was made there which was entirely reserved for the expenses of the lord at Colne and no receipt as the price of charcoal there made and sold this year because no charcoal was made there in that manner for the aforesaid time and no term of the agistment of animals or pannage of pigs within the said park because it was grazed with the lord's oxen there this year as let upon his field etc
