farm of the manor and of 19li as the farm of the manor there with all lands meadow pasture and pasturage of the demesne rents and services and profits of the court and with all other things pertaining to the said manor as let to the aforesaid accountant to farm for a term of     years to be paid at the feast of easter and michaelmas equally this year for his term wardships marriages reliefs escheates fines of lands and strays increasing the sum and the advowry of the church wood and underbrush there as the price of fireboot ploughboot and cartboot entirely excepted and reserved to the lord as mentioned above the aforesaid lord and his heirs have acquitted the said farmer against the lord king and his ministers of all taxes and tallage to the same granted by the lord king or to be granted and also
