issues of the manor and of 10s as the farm of the site of the manor house with the dovecote called The Hallgarden as let to Jn Riddenale this year then returning 13s4d per annum and of 7s as the farm of three crofts next to the ponds called Bromecroftes as let to Jn Mugge by the aforesaid account and of 12d as the farm of one piece of garden next to the churchyard as lately let to Jn Tredgold glazier now let to Wm Browne this year with the rent payable of 16s per annum and of 12d as the farm of one room next to the gateway of the manor for a stable thereon being as the said accountant affirms upon his oath and a piece of wood within the park there cut down for the basten ropes thereof being made this year none returned because none of the same were sold within the time of the account and no return for wood or underbrush sold there this year because no sales at all were made there but they were reserved for the expenses for the lord at Colne and no return for charcoal being made there and sold this year because there was no charcoal at all made during the aforesaid time and no return of agistment of animals or pannage of pigs within the said park because the agistment was reserved for the lord's beasts to be pastured this year
