allowance of rent | the same accounted in rents granted by the lord to the priory and convent of Colne for the farm of divers fields being in the hands of the lord levied above under the heading of farm of demesne land at 79s4d as presented in the aforesaid rental because the said fields were granted to the same yearly during the pleasure of the said lord without any return thereof here allowed by the command of the lord as in the preceding account it is allowed 79s4d and in an allowance of the rent of 2a of meadow above levied under the heading sale of meadow because the said 2a was mown and cut within the park there for sustaining the lord's fodder within the same this year 6s8d and in an allowance monies paid both for the mowers and haymakers of the said 2a of meadow and for carting the same as far as the lord's park there as shown by a bill item by item returned and remaining 4s |
