casual issues with the sale of bast and any profits coming from wardship marriages relief or escheat and from divers churches for or chapels or chantries above in the lord's manor issues and payments to the lord this year none returned because no casual payments occurred within the time of this account for inclusion in this account and the return of 21s as the price of two cows and one bullock now of the lord earl of Oxford accruing by reason of extrahura for a space of one year and one day and in divers laws# and claims and nothing within the same said time as in the roll for this year it is clearly recorded and any profits coming from the price of wood or underbrush sold there this year none returned because no sales were made there within the time above mentioned and here affirmed by the oath of this accountant upon these accounts
