inquisition taken 2.7.1569 at Earls Colne within the liberty of Thos Audelye esq before Thos Knott coroner on view of the body of Wm Woodwarde of Earls Colne husbandman the jurors say that it happened at Coggeshall in a field parcel of the manor of     21.6.1569 driving five horses attached to a cart loaded with wood from the field to the town of Coggeshall when the cart turned over and injured him so that he died on 23.6.1569 and the horse and cart worth 40s belongs to Thos Awdelie esq by virtue of letters patent misadventure
