the jurors present to the lord king upon their oath that Phil Wood lately of the parish of Great Tey in the county of Essex labourer on the 15.9.2Geo1 with force and arms near the parish aforesaid in the county aforesaid feloniously stole took and carried away two pieces of timber to the value of 10d from the goods and chattels of Jn Harrington discovering them there against the peace of god and the king his crown and dignity (impossible to read the verdict but probably not a felony due to the value of the timber taken)
