whereas at a view with court here held thursday being 8.10.1618 proclamation was made in full court with a loud voice that if neither the heirs of Wm Paine or any other on his behalf should come to the next court to be held for this same manor to take out of the hands of the lord his half part of tenements called Boxteds and Higgins and a croft of land called Mordens of this same manor and agree with the lord about the fine and the rents thereof accruing that then the aforesaid premises should be forfeited into the hands of the lord and whereas also at a view with court here held friday being 9.4.1619 the second proclamation was made according to the tenor and effect of the first aforesaid proclamation and also at this court the third proclamation was made that if neither the heirs of the aforesaid Wm Paine nor any other on his behalf would come to this same court to take the aforesaid premises out of the hands of the lord and agree with the lord for the fine and rents then accruing thereunto that then there should be seizure thereof and because upon the aforesaid third proclamation no one came to this court to take the aforesaid premises out of the hands of the lord according to the aforesaid proclamation therefore there was a precept to the bailiff of the aforesaid manor at this court to seize the aforesaid premises into the hands of the lord and the profits thereof pertaining to be given to the lord until etc
