and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Thos Smith customary tenant of this manor the day of this court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Wm Adams instead of the bailiff in the presence of Ambrose Waller and Simon Holden two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying according to the custom of the aforesaid manor all that messuage or tenement in White Colne called Loshes and Fowle Meade with all dwelling places buildings barns stables lands meadows and pastures used or pertaining to the said messuage with appurtenances now in the tenure of Hen Cooke or his assigns to the use and intention of his last will
