and furthermore it is shown by the homage that Robt Cells who held for himself and his heirs one tenement and certain lands called Sadlers freely by charter fealty and suit of court and the rent of 6d per annum died thus seised thereof and that Wm Cells is his son and heir and there is a precept to summon the aforesaid Wm to be at the next court and to make fealty and that he should distrain for the 6d relief
