and furthermore at this court it is testified by the steward that Hen Ennew customary tenant of the aforesaid manor after the last court viz 23.11.last surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the said steward according to the custom of the aforesaid manor all his customary lands and tenements held of the aforesaid manor to the use and intention specified in his last will and testament
