Thos Osborne to Bromefeild | at this court it was presented by the homage that Thos Osborne the elder held to him and his heirs two crofts of land called Bromefield containing by estimation 11a more or less since the last general court died thereof so seised and that Thos Osborne the younger is his son and heir which premises the said Thos Osborne the elder did take to him and his heirs at a court held for the said manor 16.1.1650 and thereupon the said Thos Osborne the son being present in court desired to be admitted tenant to the same to whom the lord of the said manor by his said steward did grant and deliver thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said two crofts of land with the appurtenances to the said Thos the son his heirs and assigns forever of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services due and accustomed and he gave to the lord for his fine and his fealty is respited because he is within age |
