| Jn Fletcher and Mary his wife to a garden Lovelands also Loveneys | and afterwards into the same said court and in open court came the aforesaid Wm and by the rod surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward the aforesaid garden and aforesaid parcel of land called Lovelands also Loveneys with appurtenances to the uses and behoof of Jn Fletcher of Great Yeldham grocer and Mary his wife and the heirs of the body of the said Jn and Mary legitimately procreated and in default of such issue to the uses and behoof of the said Jn Fletcher and Mary and their heirs and assigns forever to whom the same said Jn in person and the aforesaid Mary by the hands of the said Jn her attorney and deputy in this part the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid garden and parcel of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid Jn and Mary and the heirs of their bodies legitimately procreated the remainder thereof in the aforesaid form from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord for a fine etc |
