| surrender of Sarah Cowle to the use of will | at this court it is shown by the homage that on 2.9.last Sarah Cowle widow customary tenant of this manor surrendered into the hands of the lord of the aforesaid manor by the hands of Geo Toller gentleman instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Edw Abbutt and Rich Hatch two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying according to the custom thereof all her customary messuages lands tenements and inheritances whatsoever held of the aforesaid manor to such uses behoofs and intentions as are or shall be declared in her testament and last will in writing |
