whereas at a court held 1.4.1706 Jn Morley gentleman was admitted to a certain customary meadow anciently called Hipford Meadow and now called Round Meadow lying in Halstead and Sible Heddingham now at this court it appeared that the said Jn Morley on 6.6. surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Hatch and Thos Chaplin the premises aforesaid now in the occupation of Joseph Rayner and all his title in the same to the use of Joshua Gee of London gentleman who by Solomon Grimston gentleman his attorney etc was admitted and gave fine and fealty was respited
