at a court held 27.4.1691 Jane Fuller was admitted to one tenement and yard situate in Holt Street in Earls Colne in coparcenary with Kath Davey and at the last court it appeared that the said Jane lately died so seised and that Jane Middleton is her only daughter and heir who did not come therefore proclamation made etc now at this court came the said Jane Middleton and was admitted etc and gave fine etc
